Jan Wilking brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in education-based athletics and business operations to the Team 22 Consulting Board of Advisors. As a Partner at Coaches’ Tool Chest, she helped design and launch a state-approved coach education platform now serving more than 40,000 coaches nationwide.
Before joining the private sector, Jan served as both Athletic Director and Business Manager at Wyoming City Schools, where she led multimillion-dollar facility projects, oversaw district operations, and helped raise $2.7 million to fund a new indoor athletic complex. Her career includes extensive leadership in Ohio high school athletics, serving on the OHSAA State Board of Directors (including as Vice President), the OHSAA Board of Appeals, and multiple regional and national committees supporting athletic administrators and student-athletes.
A recipient of numerous awards—including the NIAAA State Award of Merit and Cincinnati.com Athletic Director of the Year—Jan continues to champion opportunities for coaches, student-athletes, and women in sports leadership.
Julie Renner is a nationally recognized leader in interscholastic athletics, technology, and professional development. As Vice President of FinalForms, she leads the Association Management Platform (AMP) Team, which helps educational organizations strengthen membership engagement, streamline communication, and enhance professional learning through innovative technology solutions.
Before joining FinalForms, Julie spent more than two decades as a coach, teacher, principal, and athletic administrator in Cincinnati. Her leadership as an athletic director and her deep commitment to student growth earned her numerous honors.
She continues to shape the landscape of interscholastic sport through her role as Associate Executive Director of the Ohio Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association (OIAAA), while advocating for diversity, innovation, and educational excellence in athletics.
As Associate Athletic Director for Major Gifts/Director of Development at the University of Cincinnati Foundation, Miller manages 70+ prospects and has secured over $7 million. She contributed to UC's record $113 million fundraising year in FY19 and helped launch the Women’s Excellence Fund. She also mentors UC students pursuing sports careers.
Previously, Miller spent 14 years as Athletic Director at Hughes High School, transforming the under-resourced department. She eliminated a $26,000 budget deficit through innovative fundraising, improved facilities, expanded junior high sports, and mentored staff and student-athletes. Her earlier roles include Director of Operations for UC Women’s Basketball, where she managed a seven-figure budget and oversaw logistics.
A former UC All-American, three-time all-conference basketball player, and Academic honoree, Miller holds a B.A. in Communications from UC and an M.A. in Athletic Administration from Concordia Irvine. She has received numerous honors, including UC Athletics Distinguished Alumni and Cincinnati Women’s Sports Association Athletic Administrator of the Year. She has also served on the UC Sports Management Program Board and the OHSAA Diversity Committee.
